How a ride works

1. Tell us the appointment
Share the pickup address, destination, time, and whether a cane or walker will come along.
2. We confirm the window
You get a clear pickup plan. Recurring dialysis and therapy can be set as a standing schedule.
3. We walk you to the door
A driver meets the rider, helps with the step into the vehicle, and escorts them to the appointment entrance.

This is not an ambulance and not emergency transport. It is personal, non-emergency transportation for people who can walk with a little help — the kind of help a family would want if they could be there themselves.
Families, case managers, dialysis centers, and clinics can request rides for the people they look after.
